Winter- Better Late than Never
Well, it is finally winter here! Snow is falling, the birds are flocking to the feeders, the dog is loving romping in the snow and I am a whole lot happier!!

This weekend will be devoted to some cleaning and a project or two as Joey will be off with friends and next weekend will be devoted to waiting on him following his ACL repair on Thursday.

Just tossing in more pictures of my beautiful flowers. Ok you experts out there...are these "paperwhites?" They are lovely and bring a touch of spring but I gotta say....they stink.

My son blew his knee 11 months ago in gymnastics. He had two surgeries. One was to graph his ACL. He said the best thing he did was keeping ice on his knee and using the knee bending machine. He had an Ice Man machine by Igloo and we rented the knee bending machine. I wish Joey the best!

Look like paperwhites to me! You are welcome to the snow. I am tired of it.

Quote:Apples and Wine: Women are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they sometimes take the apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. The apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who is brave enough & smart enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree. Now Men... Men are like a fine wine. They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the hell out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.
