Now the bookcase has been placed behind the couch. One of my rolling carts is next to it where I can actually get at it. The tackle box on the floor to the right is full of thread (but that's just a small portion of my collection.

Are you going to think that I am just really evil if I say that all of these pictures of your studio make me feel MUCH better? ;)

I don't function well with visual distractions - all of my inspirations are in books or folders that I can close and put away (which I am actually fairly decent at) so they don't bug me. I have one large pile of junk in front of a dresser that needs cleaning out, but I can't see it when I am working, so out of sight = happy artist! Now if only it weren't the first thing I saw when I go into the room... I might have to work on that!

BTW - next time I talk about kicking you out of PIC, just remind me about these pictures, ok? >;)

About Me: Studio Art Quilt Associates for the Atlantic Canada Region (New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island). Quote:Apples and Wine: Women are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they sometimes take the apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. The apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who is brave enough & smart enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree. Now Men... Men are like a fine wine. They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the hell out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.
